  1. I need someone to listen to the whole story. I’m innocent sir. I’ve never pulled a gun on anyone a day in my life. I do not own any type of guns nor do I have access to them. I am far from the person that this lady had portrayed me as.

When I woke on June 7, 2016, I woke up in a very good mood. When I headed out on my way, I had no intension on bothering anybody. I just wanted to do some recycling and chill at home on my off day until my girlfriend arrived home from work. I had already recycled but I realized I forgot my ID at home so I headed back home to get it. (I Got IT Then Left Once More) As I drove down Gilbert towards Stetson, I turned into the gas station on Gilbert and Stetson and proceeded on my way. As I pulled out of the gas station headed west on Stetson, there was a blue car headed in my direction in the far lane so I turned into the street well before the car reached the intersection of Stetson and Gilbert. As I drove I reached Palm Ave. The Blue car signaled to get into the lane behind me but changed it’s mind and proceeded to approach the light in the left hand lane as I was in the right. I gave myself space between the car in front of me and myself because I have a truck and if I was rear ended, I’d have a big enough space to be clear of the car in front of me for their safety. The blue car wasn’t as big as mine but it began to yeild towards the rear of my truck far from the car ahead of it and proceeded to inch forward. I looked over to see what the car was doing and notice the woman was saying something to me. I rolled my window halfway down because there was a white dog hanging out of the rear passenger window. I said,’ What?". She said,’ You cut me off!". As she was speaking she began cursing so I said," Shut the F*@# Up". I then rolled my window up and drove off because the light was green. My lane went first so I was a head of her. She then cut into my lane and began to follow me. I then got over into the left lane and she followed. So I began to speed up to lose her between the cars so that I can have space away from her. She began to get erratic with her driving to catch up to me. She caught up to me on Stetson and Sanderson. As she pulled up to the light I noticed she was recording me so when the light turned green I took off faster than she could so that I could beat traffic and be the first car in the line on the 1 way street ahead (Stetson Ave). I was a bit more at ease when two cars cut in front of her after the light but I didn’t want her to follow me to my destination because it was coming up on Florida Ave and Truelson Ave. I then thought to cut down a side street to make it to Florida but the street Cawston Ave was a dead end so I had to turn around and go back down Stetson. I had to wait for traffic to clear before I could turn right and head west on Stetson so I waited and turned when it was safe for me to do so. I no longer saw the woman so I proceeded on my way. I turned right onto Warren RD and headed towards Florida Ave. I merged into the turning lane and began to make my turn as the flow of traffic had started moving. As I was preparing to turn, I saw the woman again. I didn’t care at this point because she was about 7 to 10 cars ahead of me. As I turned onto Florida Ave, the next light turned the road into a three lane street so I proceeded to merge into the far right lane because the lane was empty. I drove halfway up the street before the same blue car cut from the far left lane into my lane causing me to veer into the bike lane to my right. Luckily no one was riding a bike at the time. The car cut into my lane as if it wanted me to swerve and jump the curb but I held on to the wheel tight with both hands and proceeded to speed up to pass her. As I passed the side of her car, she yelled," N*gger! I looked to my left and she was recording me saying she was going to call the police. I didn’t say anything as I passed her. I noticed a small semi truck in the middle lane so I slowed down so that by the time the third lane ended, id have time to speed up but she’d be forced to slow down. Luckily she turned before I reached my destination less than .7 miles away from where she turned on Four seasons Road. My destination was N.O.R dispensary on Florida Ave. I reached my destination then proceeded to head back home on the route I took to get there. I was arrested without me fighting because I didn’t do anything wrong. I was placed in hand cuffs and the officer told me my vehicle was used in a crime and I fit the description. He asked if I had anything illegal in the car and I said," No. But I did just buy some marijuana. It’s in a white bag in the glove box. You are free to search my vehicle." The officers began to search my car and I felt that I had nothing to worry about because I had nothing to hide. Any question they asked I answered and anything they wanted to see I let them. An officer soon found a pellet pistol in the rear compartment of my drivers seat.

The Gun wasn’t mine. I confiscated it from a 14 year old boy at camp on Saturday May 30 around 8 pm. He had pointed it at someone as a joke but the person didn’t see him so I caught him as I was walking to the bathroom. I told him to give me the gun and asked how old he was. He said 14 and I sighed. I told him that pointing a gun at somebody is wrong and he shouldn’t do it. I made it all the way to 22 without a jail record and he should try to do the same. I made him promise not to ever point a gun at anybody else or id take him to his mother. He promised then asked for the gun back. I told him no. I said that I was going to throw the gun away after we left camp and for him to forget about getting it back. I then wrapped the gun in a towel I had around my neck and carried it to my car. I sat it on my back seat so that id see it when I got in my car before I left camp and wouldn’t forget to throw it away. Saturday night I later had a drink and smoked some marijuana so the gun hadn’t been on my mind. From Saturday to Monday, I had been in my car several times and hadn’t seen the gun since I took it from the boy. But I didn’t think about it because I had been enjoying myself with my family because it’s the only time in a year were we all get together and bond without technology.

I know you don’t know me and I don’t know you but Id like the people of Hemet to know that I would never hurt anyone nor would I ever chase anyone. You can ask anyone who knows me, they’ll tell you that id never do anything to go to jail because I’ve always said jail isn’t a place for me.

Please give me a call at 9514009887 for any questions. Im willing to answer ANYTHING. Im innocent! I didn’t Do it!

Now according to the police reports, I ordered her out of her car at gun point. Why would I do that? To car jack her? To rob her? For what? What did I ask for when I ordered her out of her car? I have a very nice truck that I love dearly. I wouldn’t trade my car for hers any day. She never said when nor where. No one else has came forward. Don’t you think someone else would’ve called the police about a man with a gun? Each street we were on were very busy streets but yet no one reported it but her. As far as her knowing I had a "GUN’ in my car, there’s no telling. She accused me of having a gun but I never pulled it out nor did I remember having it in my vehicle. It was a coincidental lie. She assumed I had a gun because of the way I was dressed. But I promise to you, my family, the judge, whoever you’ll show this to, and the people of Hemet that I didn’t do it! Ill do whatever it takes to prove my innocence.. Thank you for your time.

  2. hopefully someone who may have seen what happened. thanks for sharing your story . There is so much going on in that town . my kids have been called n word by neighbours . we had cops clled every week for always something . they went as far to put up a confederate flag in there front yard. cops were called again because my nephew who is black asked them to bring down the flag just to not have any uncomfortableness in the neighbourhood. He went to the wrong house and I don’t know if they felt it more of an intimidation because it wasn’t there flag and was afraid maybe something would come out of it with the other neighour and they were worried because they were right next door to the flag owners. when they came and asked us about it they said he was belligerent and rude and disrespectful . why would he expect to live in peace by asking to keep peace in the neighbor hood . when the officer said they have every right reguardless of its meaning.. they can fly what they want . my son then told the officer but we have freedom of speech to voice an opinion . The officer did seem to always be the same officer at the calls and later when I talked with the lady of the house to talk out the issues . she explained their view of the flag. it wwas the first American flag I get it . I also let her know the flag would have never been a problem had he not called him the n word to his face. She got upset with her husband about thaqt understood why it had a effect . she also shared that that she believed that officer was using our situation to kind of stir the pot because they felt he harassed he husband on serveral occations. reguardless it is a shame if your story is the way u say it happened because I know it happens. would also like to sa my mom was robbed in her apartment where she stays with my sister luckily she never came out the room she heared them knocking in the fron door and in the back patio door whn she looked out her window she knew she didn’t know them se thought my sister was in the living room . she started the girls and they left with the flat screen tv. within 5-10 minutes my sister walked in and seen her tv gone and my mom told her I tought it was you in there I didn’t know u left . the cops did find the girls parked on opposite end of the complex and because they got greedy and were robbing 2 other apartments the officers found them and my mom was able to Id the ones she seen in the window giving them reason to check their vehicle and found my sisters tv. they were black girls because of there nationality we don’t take it out on every black it could have been any other race the part that has us upset was the danger my mom was put in. that town I definitely not what it use to be
