It’s been a while since I have published a new blog post considering I have been pretty busy with “real life”issues. Today I decided to share with you a recipe for a delicious tomato salad with fresh turmeric I love to make for myself, which is very good for you and is delicious as well as versatile in that you can decide to create this salad with any ingredient or amount of ingredients of your choice.
No recipe for this one, just follow the steps in the following episode of “Cooking with John” to learn how to assemble this salad and which ingredients I prefer when making it. Remember that you can make adjustments depending on your own preference; add more garlic, add less, add more pepper or a pepper of your own choice if you like more or less heat, add no pepper, add more onion, add only one type of oil instead of my choices of extra virgin olive oil, flax oil and hemp oil; I think you got the point.
